we'll give him until tuesday morning to respond before we look for (another) replacement. i sent him messages last week as have others, but i have heard nothing back from him.

I just sent him a league mail in a league we are in together. I believe he is in the mental health field (Psychiatrist?), and sometimes might have long shifts, where he may not get on line for awhile.

No. His wife is sick and has been in the hospital for a procedure. He is unsure if he wants to play. Doesn't like that we re-drafted teams. He said he would get back to us tomorrow and let us know.
