I thought about doing it on the ILC but I took into account the ability to set proxy's on DD. I think people like that option. I've emailed the managers who have not responded yet so I'm hoping to hear back from them soon.

Ok, good news...bad news! Bad news is jamesgang77 (Doug) won't be able to make the next round! Sorry to see you go Doug! Always a pleasure to play with great managers and good people! :cry: Good news is, he will be replaced by our ol pal tkl33 (Tim). Tim was an early participant in the Fast 6 League so he already knows the ropes on the draft...and who the weasels are!!!! :lol: Some more bad news though. Deepdrive will need cataract surgery and he says he probably won't be able to see well enough to make the draft or frenzy by the 9th. Since we will be drafting our 6 players on DD and that just leaves a simple frenzy to schedule, I've suggested to him that we may want to delay the draft for another week. I only suggested the 9th as it was the earliest date I knew most could make it. If we delay, I would still set the draft up on DD ASAP, that would just leave the frenzy to schedule (which wouldn't even have to be on a Friday night depending on people's schedules.) I'm still waiting to hear back from him (Bill) but thats where we stand right now.
I've always tried to work around scheduling conflicts, when possible, to keep people in the league that would prefer to stay. Bill has been around both leagues since day 1! 8-) I would prefer to wait for him. Thats my .02!

Keep Bill and good luck with the surgery buddy.
If everybody still wanted a frenzy fix on the 9th (or the 2nd for that matter), we could do one of Bobby's draft 2 and frenzy on Friday leagues as a pacifier until we are at full strength for Quicksilver.

Meaning some of these recent great deepdrive teams are somewhat accidental? Blind monkeys pushing buttons? I thought that was my province alone! Good luck, Bill! Is this a laser procedure we're looking at, or something more invasive.
I concur to wait for Sept. 16th ... or even the 23rd ... for Bill to recover and if we still want a Friday frenzy. Let's just make it earlier in the evening for the East Coast folks at a time that's compatible with our Mountain & Pacific time zone friends, too.
