You should be able to pick up another one of your RPs in exchange for Balfour. As it's a $200M league that shouldn't pose any problems. HAL won't let you carry just three pure relievers; don't believe there's a way around that.

Not sure the reason for the delay Danger, but if if can't get him on my roster before the transaction deadline the deal is cancelled. If I can't use him this season - I don't want him. His card price is too high for the 60M league and his stats for next year suck.
