After reviewing the horrible performance of his team, manager Johnny Law has implemented a new team policy. NO OPEN BEERS IN THE DUGOUT AFTER THE SEVENTH INNING! This new rule will likely not be popular with team ownership.
In a sidenote, a story in the Cancun Daily Press reported Placido Polanco has given some insight to his release from the Coronas. Evidently, during his tenure with the club, he admitted to a drinking problem during his stay in Cancun. The team tried to quietly work through the situation, but it could not be corrected. Placido could not aquire the taste for Corona, continued to openly drink Red Stripe in the dugout, and was eventually released. Let this be a lesson to all!
