Hawkeye is sick. The illness is serious in nature but the prognosis is good. This was posted in one of my other leagues. Fyi.
Get well Hawkeye.

One thing about your team Smoke... It's REALLY good v LHP. Not that it's bad v RHP, but that *does* skew the ratings a bit. Of course, the -9 in the one runners will also help you to underperform.

James Shield

Postby Semper Gumby » Sat May 05, 2012 7:35 pm

Okay - Jim's card should work well in a LHB tilted league right?

But [b:b2f74c10d1]2-9? [/b:b2f74c10d1] :x goodness!

So ... here is tossing in all the cards for Hamel and going with Hudson street at the back-end.

Hamel matched Shields' win total in Cole's first two games back

Positive signs:

- pythag now 20 games over .500  (still league best)
- #1 in offense, #3 in pitching
- slowly creeping up on Jeep and AT

Worrying signs:

- Killing the East and Central, but [b:20a127fed4]9-18[/b:20a127fed4] against our mates in the West
- Still losing way too many games late, in spite of Aceves strong season

By far my most under performing and perplexing NLD team ever.

Having fun though! 8-)
