[quote:326f42a27f="Terry101"]It might help if all trades and trade offers were posted here. Then all could see what is going on and we could become more active.[/quote:326f42a27f]

That's not necessary, I can see not wanting to "broadcast" offers you may have recieved to the whole league. All I would say is, if you are looking to make a general deal, IE

" I'm looking for a better defense 3b can give up player X, Y or Z..."

Those types of things [b:326f42a27f]could[/b:326f42a27f] be posted here, but it's not necessary to publically post trade discussions between 2 teams.

Some of you would see how persistant some of the others are though if it did happen. :D

I'm just glad to see some discussion here, lets keep it up.

Keepin me busy, LOVE IT. :D

Totally OT,

I don't know how many of you are parents, but is there any better feeling in the world than watching your kids do well at something??

My oldest, who turned 10 in March, decided she wanted to play softball this year after having not touched a bat or ball since Tee ball when she was 5. Tonight was her first game and though her team lost, she went 1 for 2, with a walk, an RBI and a run scored. She was given 1 of 2 game balls by the coach after the game. She is absolutly walking on cloud 9 and I couldn't be more proud of her.

That is excellent indeed, Niner. And you are correct, sir, there is no better feeling!

On the flip side, my oldest son is an 8th grader and he had his baseball season interupted by a stress fracture in his elbow. It's not catastrophic, but no throwing for 4-6 weeks, so his role as starting CF has turned into a new role as starting scorekeeper! :-( It is a lesson in patience and athletics, I suspect. Hopefully, the elbow heels fine and he's back playing for summer baseball.

By the by, I'm enjoying the league despite a surprisingly hectic schedule latey (unusual amount of business travel) and less involvement than I would like. I'll try to do better...

Peace, all!

Very nice Niner.

I am blessed with 18yr old twin daughters. I have seen the accomplishments along the way. Basketball, CCX, soccer...we did em' all. But I will have to say that this Saturday at 2:30 when my daughters take the stage for graduation as co-valedictorians, each carrying a 4.5+ GPA, will be the sweetest of all. Never had a B taken and passed(4's&5's) 5 AP courses in the last 2 years. They will enter UGA in the fall as Freshman lacking just 5 cred hours from being Sophomores. Yes I am a proud papa bragging.
