as for timing, my suggestion was gonna be two skips and you're automatically skipped the rest of draft, might like your suggestion better since it encourages even more attentiveness. that way once you get skipped, you either make arrangements to be around around your window, or proxy up.
also two errent picks count as a timed out, although if you make a bad or already taken player, you get skipped immedietly anyway.
