I will set up the league soon, obviously as a private league.

The rules as they stand:
1) 7 keeper, or protected, players going into the draft and season. Owners do not have to keep exactly 7, but can not protect more than 7.
2) Protected player list must be posted here by 5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 29 EDT (this is kind of arbitrary, so any problems with this jsut say so).
3) Six-round live draft (I will make a separate thread in this forum - ILC- just for the draft). The draft will begin Monday, October 3, 11 a.m. EDT.
(again, this is kind of arbitrary, so any problems with this just say so).
4) Draft is straight, worst-to-first. 12-1, 12-1, 12-1, 12-1.
5) Time limit between picks - 60 minutes. (break, if needed, with no time limit from midnight - 9 a.m. thereafter)
6) One trade involving protected players is allowed per team, after announcing keeper list and before the draft.
7) Teams must retain their keepers from this point (draft) through the beginning of season play.
8 ) Owners can change parks.
9) 80 mil, no-DH
10) After live draft, protected players and drafted players get placed at the BOTTOM of the auto-draft card. All players hoping to be taken via autodraft at the top of the card.

My time frame concept is that by Wednesday, October 5 (10 days), we would have everything done and the auto-draft would be that night. Waivers would then be Friday (I think) and play would start Monday, October 10.

Again, any problems or questions, please post.
Obviously, if we haven't heard from someone - Lloyd, I know you've looked here, time to say hi - by 5 p.m. Thursday, we will have to track them down.
I am going to invite you all to be "friends" tonight, and send PT to each of you as well, just to make sure you are all aware that we are ready to go.
