I would definitely do so... unless we know specifically that a person has extenuating circumstances, it's only fair to move us along.

Note, after your pick, there's back to back coffeeholic picks and then you again- so hopefully you'll leave a proxy for that 2nd pick (or if coffee's picks fire via proxy you can make that pick too before you head out).
