OK, fluffyman took Three Fingers Brown who is on the Cubs. Do I get to pick someone and when?

Specificly, you get to opt out of the Cubs or you can keep them and pick up FA when the B franchises pick.

The FA pick ups will happen for the B teams after the A draft

The opting out and picking a new team= unsure

Maybe I did not understand the rules you can pick a player from the B teams even though someone else has them( IE) Fluffyman taking Brown even though he belongs on the Cubs. IF that is the case then I will take Hank Greenberg with my second pick as he is only eligible for the Pirates and Tigers am I right?

ONCE A PLAYER IS TAKEN OFF A TYPE B FRANCHISE ( NO PLAYER CAN BE TAKEN OFF OF A TYPE A) THAT FRANCHISE IS OFF LIMITS FROM HAVING ANY MORE PLAYERS DRAFTED FROM IT, HOWEVER, THE MANAGER MAY ANNOUNCE FROM THAT POINT ON A CHANGE TO ANOTHER TYPE B FRANCHISE BUT ANY PLAYERS DRAFTED REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF THE FRANCHISE PICKING THEM.
