Why create the league when only two teams have been picked? Shouldn't we wait till everyone has picked and we have divisions.

125 million cap for your roster (use 140 mil cap limit), 12 season theme league, you can only
chose a franchise once, rotating franchise selection based off of sign up
order, Advanced, DH league and weighted drops. Pick a franchise and only use players carded to that franchise.
