Anyone know if this is how to do the clock?

Frank is on the clock at 9:58PM eastern.
The clock stops at midnight and start tomorrow at 9AM.
So if Frank doesn't pick tonight, he uses 2:02 tonight and 58mins tomorrow morning.

So I shut the clock off and turn it on tomorrow moring at 9 eastern with a 1 hour limit.
Then at 10AM change it to a 3 hour limit.

This seems a bit confusing to me - but I gather none of this is automated.

No, it's not automated. I'm not sure myself. We'll just have to muddle our way through clock management as best we can, I guess. 8-)
