[quote:d2829887f3="mfl536"]good theme ,still wish we could make trades
good luck to everyone[/quote:d2829887f3]

...that's what I was kinda hoping for with option b...everyone drafts two teams of hitters and two teams of pitchers...then trades can be made among the teams...and...eventually...it can be turned into a keeper league...for instance...the 4 "teams" you draft are yours forever...you can trade who you wish...but...at the beginning of the next season you start with your "teams" rosters once again....so for instance if you were to draft the '09 Cubs hitters...you would have access to Jake Fox this year to keep or trade away...then next year you would not have him at all (he's on the A's 2010 roster) but you WILL have Starlin Castro...

[quote:96e96940d5="Delbird"][quote:96e96940d5="ehlekev"]a Lineup with Mauer, Morneau, Fielder, Braun, McGehee, Span, Cuddyer/Kubel platoon.........it all seemed interesting.[/quote:96e96940d5]

I thought about MIN/MIL but knew they wouldn't make it to pick 12 - but I was trying to figure out how you'd get Morneau, Fielder, and Braun in there - you'd have to go with a 5 in LF...ouch - guess Braun's hitting will make up for that. The defense will be intesting - could be a lot of 11-10 games....[/quote:96e96940d5]

Yeah, Braun out in left field. He promised he would run them down faster in Strato than in real life. However, I have a feeling there will be a bunch of singles, doubles, and triples falling all around him as he runs in his cement shoes.
Luckily, I have Kubel patrolling RF and Gold Glover McGehee at 3B. Oh wait.......I would like to rethink my teams choice!!

We ought to post our teams. I've already mentioned my staff, here's my offense:

KC/StL
C - Y Molina/Pena b/u
1B - Pujols
2B - Shumaker/DeRosa
3B - Callaspo
SS - Ryan
LF - Holliday
CF - DeJesus
RF - Ludwick
DH - Butler
RF b/u's - Rasmus/Teahen

Not bad (at least I don't think it's bad) especially since the strength of my team is pitching.
