I'm not sure why my Lefty (Washburn) did so poorly last night, LOL. Anywho, we couldn't complete the Dunk last night due to that 3rd game, where in honor of football season being here, we played a 17-13 game. :roll: :wink:

Since all my pitchers took one game off hopefully they'll come to the park refreshed tonight. :wink:

I BLEW IT!!!!!!!

I forgot to put in the Jeep-stopper last night and I lost 2 of 3!!! Next series, Marlon Anderson will be in the lineup!! :D

For a loss vs. Jeep:
In Division=minus 1 point
Out of Div=minus 2 points

Bonus Points for a Shutout*:
In Division=2 points
Out of Div=4 points
*minus points if JeepDriver shuts you out

Points for a Dunk (Sweep)*:
In Division=6 points
Out of Division=12 points
*minus points if JeepDriver dunks you

Well it was nice to get a series win lastnight after losing every other series last week with a nasty 10 loss streak right in the middle. The team has left itself no choice though but to play it's tail off for all the remaining games to even have the remotest of chances at the post-season.

I have to admit that this team has been a total mystery to me?? I've built bad teams in the past but they usually were bad from the start and just never got better or even got worse after massive roster changes. This team however was for a good part of the season performing quite well outscoring their opponents by 60+ runs with a solid home record and looked quite strong but then they mysteriously fell apart in every possible way all at the same time! Talk about frustration. Anybody else have a team that just broke your heart like this??

Yeah Baby! A 29-7 drubbing of one of those MM teams! :wink:

Choco was so pissed he knocked out Andruw (after two homers mind you) so I wouldn't have him tonight in a most key series. I was hoping to open perhaps a 2 game WC lead when I saw my Dunk, but the La Renagades swept, too. Hopefully that wounded dog I play tonight won't find any first aid before tonight's games. :wink:

Ty, nice wipeout of my team last night! :cry: We didn't show up for Games 1 and 2 and lost that 12 inning thriller to your team in dramatic fashion! In the 12th, Ortiz hits a 2-out, 2-run Homer (what was MacDougal thinking with that low fastball to Ortiz?)!! The bottom of the 12th with one run in, Pujols hits a deep fly ball and is caught. Sizemore tags up for the tying run and gets gunned down at the plate!! :cry: UGH!! On top of that, I lost Rey Sanchez for 15 games!! I didn't even know he was on my team! :shock: :shock:
