our draft sure proves the point that Penn's site and it's links to TSN certainly were very valuable.. wonder if Penn would think of seeling his site to TSN .. sure would make sense (imho).. sure woudl seem to be an appropriate reward for Penn's voluntary efforst in the past...

back to mark Sweeney.. I could use a LF ... anythign on my team that might be worthy ???

Penn got the cold shoulder from those that Be at TSN after approaching them and showing them all the things he could do. He's a genius at this, but it seemst hat "playing with others" is not something the other side of the business is / was willing to do.

I am a great believer in penngray's amazing willingess to share with us all and I just hope that when his youngster begins to sleep through te night he'll be back!

What do you have, Bob? I have to warn you that Sweeney is a lf4e25...not like last year when you could at least use him out there. If you're good with that, make me an offer. Seems a shame to keep a card like that in the Minors all year...

So, what's up with Penn's site? Is it shut down altogether now? I got a weird message when I went there...thought it was due to my Mac...did he take it down?

Kevin Millwood has demanded to be raded... he is available...
Dye might fit into your team - the rest of the team is a bit tired of him tellign them about his cannon of an arm and his 30 + HR's....

Kevin Millwood Joins Brew Crew Staff

Postby Jack377 » Sat Mar 25, 2006 10:05 pm

The Big City Brew Crew acquired Kevin Millwood today from the Sweat Sox for Mark Sweeney. A Big City spokesman said, "We hated to lose Sweeney's bat, but he just didn't have a clear role for us and we are desperate for Starting Pitching. Millwood should give us 27 decent starts. The trade was a good fit. Sweeney should make it easier for the Sox to get over Barry Bonds' injury."
