shakey needs to re-pick the Endy Chavez selection as he didn't play in a game last year in MLB.

I looked at picking Chavez a couple of rounds ago, but he can't be picked as per our rules.

He was injured the entire year. That doesnt qualify given that he has played in the majors for 9 years already. That rule was meant for rookie qualifiers NOT established vets who have been in the league awhile. I am NOT repicking.

I don't really want to get in the middle of this, and think dan needs to make the ruling but how I understand it is that the one game in 2010 is just to determine between prospects and non-prospects meaning that anyone who has ever played in a mlb game is eligible for the FA draft.

So for example if someone wanted to draft Jermaine Dye in the FA draft in the hopes that he came out of retirement they could, but he would not be eligible as a prospect.

It doesn't affect me at all as I don't want chavez and haven't not picked someone becasue they didn't play in a game last year.

I just really want to keep this draft moving along. :)
