Here is the post with me saying when the draft will start. Looking a the rules, it looks like time slots start with Round 2, though.

No, they won't count on your roster until next year.

Actually they won't count until you promote them or until they are carded for a second year. This enables you stash them for one year if their rookie campaign sucks -- like Mike Moustakous -- but no longer than that.

I just picked so apollo16 is up. I will be traveling from Thursday-Sunday so may have trouble checking in on the draft in later rounds.
