Half way home. FAaron, usually we get the cap / DH rule / waivers before the rule for the season. If you submit your rule before Marge gives us the cap etc... just let us know if you need to tweek the rule at all after you see the cap etc...

What are people's thoughts in regard to Maddux. Should he be eligible for this season. Should he be available as a free agent in season 3 or 4?

I think Maddux should be in for all leagues.

My vote would be no to both. He should be made available at the start of 5.

I vote let Maddux in our existing leagues..as well as season 5. Same goes for any other players that get added to the player pool. If the Cubs or Braves want to take the Salary hit to bring Maddux on that's fine with me.. I don't think competitive balance will be thrown out of whack...

My vote would be to use him right away or don't use him until the end of the 16 season rotation. If we're going to use him before the end of the rotation, why not right away?
