Would like some clarification before it gets to be a controversy, as it was last year in one of our pre-card leagues. Last year, a couple of people drafted over the hitting/pitching limits, gambling that certain players received cards from TSN. This "loophole" allowed the player to just go ahead and select a .50 player (either a hard LH or RH RP, for example) once the cards came out.

Can we close this loophole and keep rosters at the min/max allowed by TSN's guidelines and stop the "gaming the game" before it begins?
