ed- if you have not picked yet- it's up to you. I'm writing a long post about the situation that I will post in a minute if you want to wait for that. If you need to go- go ahead and pick.

Cubit did miss his pick, if Turtle does not check in by end of 3rd rd I will take the timer off- though if a lot of people have proxy's set it might be into the 4th before I can stop it. If ed does not pick then the draft will stop anyway, I'm not going to stop it now because those who picked already who used proxy's would be at a disadvantage compared to Cubit since the clock was not stopped for them.
It's up to ed and the other owners after him if they want to pick now or wait. I understand Cubit's situation and obviously what he's doing is way more important than SOMO, but he did not communicate his issues until late, I assumed after the 1st round everyone was good to go. That said, we can slow things down one more time.

I think, we have to keep going to an extent. If we get to Round 4 before he checks in, we might consider stopping for him to catch up again.
But, it's up to Ed to pick at this point. He can wait the full 2 hours if he so chooses. Me? If I had the time I would wait as much as possible.

oh just read blackjack up above. So, if I didn't pick the draft would be stopped?
Turtle - I''l go with what you want me to do. Based on your response, you're ok with me waiting the full two hours but would like me to pick after that rather than stopping the draft correct?

ed, perhaps the more crucial question to ask yourself is this..."Am i taking a pick that derfs wants?" If that answer is yes, you must simply pass.
