Comcast man has departed. Turns out both Comcast and I were correct. I said it was on their end meaning between their modem, their cable and their system. They said the signal was getting to their modem, and the problem must be on my end. Turns out, the modem's network port was burned out.

Since the clock has not been turned on I am assuming this is how we will conduct the duration of the draft? I have set proxy and would prefer to not use them and I am sure other managers feel the same. I realize that proxy speeds things along but if only half of us are using them it becomes a failed concept and a slight advantage to those not employing a proxy.

Courtesy dictates that if your going to be away from the internet for a few hours you leave proxies.
Otherwise this draft could take weeks as more and more people stop paying attention.
The clock is the method of choice to inforce this.

Understood. My point is that we are into round four and the clock has not been turned on. If this is how we are moving forward I am going to turn my proxies off. I would rather watch the draft unfold, see trends, ballparks, and adjust my picks accordingly. In doing so it might mean that the draft will stall at my pick for maybe a few hours but that would be below the norm. I want to make sure that if I turn my proxy off that the clock is not going to be turned on.

Should I turn the clock on? I've been monitoring all day and have proxies set myself. I just want to be fair.
