Instead of a time limit, I might give a time period. 1 hour time slots.

E.g.

1. Mbertolli - 9:00 AM Tuesday
2. Thisisdan26 - 10:00 AM Tuesday
3. Derfs - 11:00 AM Tuesday
4. Buzz - 12:00 PM Tuesday


Etc... 12 per day, so everyone know a certain time they have to pick every other day. Much easier then having to check in every 2 hours or so.
