Well 2-7 is not how I'd envisioned starting - however I recently had a 2005 team start off with a record like 8-16 and still ended up winning its division - so hopefully this start is not an indication of things to come.

Of course I never tend to do well in this league - so who knows!

11-19 is definitely not the start I had hoped for! It looks like my run of bad teams in this league is going to continue LOL.

I'm fairly OK with this team of mine but given my division, at the rate I'm going I'll end a gallilon games behind the run away 1st place. Doesn't it always seems t be that when you field a good team you'rein the tough division and when you land a clunker you end up with three more clunkers? always teasing this game...

Well, I was about to make my first in-season roster move of 06. Prior to last night's games. Utley was going to get axe and Polanco would stay (that's a Philly spin for ya). I thought I'd might as well dump the 6 millon dollar man who's barely over the Mendoza line while I still get 95% back... But I'm a patient fella, will hold on to him see if it's just a mini 40 game slump :roll:

I have such a funky times with non-DH leagues. Fun though.
