I think this is the one you're remembering Sandy:

***UPDATE***
TWO Proposals are on the table to be voted on folks.
PROPOSAL # 1 -- WE EXPAND the maximum number of picks a team may make in the mid-season Supplemental Draft from the current maximum of 3 to a new max of FIVE picks. Remember that 5 players will have to be released PRIOR to the draft and will be available as well. IMO, this slight expansion will give the poorer teams from the first half (who will be drafting earlier in a NON-Serpentine Draft) more chances at improving the following year.
Current vote:
Ayes: 4
nays: 5
PROPOSAL # 2 -- We REDUCE the minimum numbers of players a team has to drop BEFORE the following year's Free Agent Draft from the current minimum of 10 to a new minimum of FIVE. Kaviksdad said it best: Quote:
I don't want to be forced to drop players that I've accumulated over a number of drafts and are finally reaching their potential in order to meet a roster requirement that could possibly keep a bad team from becoming a powerhouse.
After all, that is the incentive for ALL of us, no???
Current vote:
Ayes: 6
Nays: 1
Assuming we could drop more than 5 if our predictive predilictions remain consistently incompetent.
