I've made my 3rd round pick and look forward to an exciting day of picking tomorrow. Friday will be rough as I'm traveling, but by then I may be able to find a proxy.

If anyone is interested in dealing Napoli, or KD wants to trade Wilson, I'd be VERY interested.

Welcome to the HCKL Brian. Glad to have you on board on such short notice. Sorry to see Chuck bow out, though.

[b:7df84c74e9]Not moi. [/b:7df84c74e9]Anyway, C2 was a great help to me in the beginning of my time here. He had many original and informative posts. Great back and forths. Times change and this is one of those occasions. Welcome to smitty. I remember when I was invited to join HCKl and other keepers last year. It was very exciting seeing what players I inherited. Some leagues more than others!

I'm good with letting smitty repick as needed.[/quote:7df84c74e9]

[quote:3e7281103b="qksilver"]Hi guys,

Smitty would also like to return Trumbo and possibly Reddick to the pool, and repick from the existing pool. I was ok deleting Liddi as a Commish decision, but for these 2 I would like a quick show of hands on whether we are ok with this or not. I am ok with it. Please let me know.

Also, I am going to allow him to drop Hechevarria from his 40-man in order to get another FA pick. That pick will come in the normal 4th-round slot between Jason & Niners.

Thx,

Dave[/quote:3e7281103b]

As far as I am concerned he can drop any picks he wants and pick now... well right after my next pick :)

I have texted & emailed AFD, and I have proxies for Smitty. I have to go out in about 1 hour so will push us through if AFD has not picked by 10am Pacific when his clock is up, hopefully he checks in soon...

Can anyone else chime in here? We are beginning to move, and now giving him 4th round picks.

DT - the 4th round pick was a commish call, I thought it fair to give Smitty the option to drop a guy from his 40-man and he dropped Hechevarria.

The options to drop Trumbo and/or Reddick are up for feedback because they affect the draft more directly.

I am out for a couple of hours, Dr's appt. Be on around 1:30pm Pacific. have sent proxies to Bob for me & Smitty.

As much as i appreciate smitty jumping in, I think it's unfair to the rest of the league to undo then redo draft picks at this juncture. As far as I'm concerned the players were on the squad when he took over.
In the words of Mr Spock...

Just my take.
