I still say the math is bad on CATom and he actually has $3.6M to bid. He's got 9.6 left for 13 spots. If he wins a guy at 3.6 he'll have 6M left for 12 spots or .5 each.

Therefore, make sure we all know you actually have .5 more than your "discretionary money" to bid. Your highest allowable bid is Whatever your discretionary money is + .5M more.

This is the 3rd time Ive shown this and want to make sure people understand it.

Correct, it is 3.6, the 3.1 is his extra cash above the minimum.

And guess what? Somebody has done the same thing in the 2008 auction...

So what is the final determination on Chouinard, is he at 3.1, or rolled back to 2.6? If he is rolled back, I think there should be a full 24 to bid on him after the rollback is announced

So far there have been 7 no votes and 0 yes votes on the issue of bidding for multiple players when you could not take them all. So... I think it's fair to say that the ruling that Chouinard is yours at 2.6 at 23:38 is valid, if you want to hold off longer than 24 hours from 23:38 that's fine.

Gorshar's original ruling was made at 21:13, so I will leave Chouinard open til 21;13 today so everyone has a chance to bid if they wish.

Chouinard stands at 2.6
