A standard draft is 16 rounds, with stadium. I don't think 15 is unfair.

I don't think clock rules--whatever the clock says, rules--are unfair. The clock is already off overnight. Also, I have never understood why the clock should be off over the weekend. I appreciate one's need to go to the beach. Perhaps invest in an iPhone--you can get one for $49 now--or set a lot of proxies.
Having said that, I could just go without a clock for the next draft. It worked okay in the first one.

I do not think a frenzy is unfair, even for someone who misses it because 1. you've had the opportunity to draft 15 core players and 2. I think the player pool is deep enough at $100M that you could basically drop everyone on your team and build a winner from what's left in free agency.
