great... NORM CASH was mine. i wake up to find a blank, think i've been skipped, so i hastily plug someone else in. It already executed my next two picks, so NORM CASH now stands as my 14th Round Proxy if no one touches him, i'll be fine.

I suggest a draft halt, which only the commissioner can do unless someone does not pick, so that everything can be straighten out.

Given the current draft status, it's doubtfully we'll be able the start the league tonight. But, in the event a hasty start is possible, we'll need to my division to the west. I'll be unavailable until around 9pm EST.
I should have enough proxies to get me through round 16.

Also, about the Parks - Must we choose one in round 16 if not before? Can there be more than one Yankee Stadium in the League if different years?

Hey Arky, it is 16 rounds. 15 players + a stadium. You can draft the stadium anytime. After the live draft portion, we complete our draft cards with the remaining players from the pool, listing our live drafted players last. We then Frenzy/waiver (not sure for this league) as normal.

I suggest since we didn't say from the start it will be a frenzy that we use waviers. I wouldn't want to put one person at a disadvantage if they couldn't make the frenzy.
Since I am in the East I will set the league up early Saturday or as soon as I make pick 16.
