I am in Canada, so I'll use Alaska as my state choice - I am assuming that the state choice is just for the lottery, right?

We need to make around 10 drops. Your roster has to get down to 20 players. If you promote prospects, you may have to drop more than 10.

Hey guys, I just realized that Geoff picked Alaska and it has no lottery. I have asked him to pick another state and will use tonight's results.

As of this morning, I have re-picked a state that DOES have a lottery, but I didn't see the PM until this morning (Thursday AM). I gave turtle a different state to use for me this morning.
