After the autodraft, do the players on our franchises remain our property even if undrafted or can someone pick up a free agent that is on my franchise that is eligible for theit team but not currently on mine?

For example, say I see a player that is on the Phillies but qualifies for the Cards as well and the guy that has the Phillies doesn't draft the player. Can I pick that player up in free agency?

Or are free agents limited simply to the non-participating franchises?

ONCE THE DAY OF THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON STARTS ALL PLAYERS NOT ON A ROSTER ARE FREE AGENTS AND MAY BE PICKED UP BY ANY FRANCHISE THAT THE 400 / 100/50 REQUIREMENTS IN A CAREER ARE MET.
