May only draft players in your Conference Grouping. You may draft ANY CARD that player has. After draft, 11 managers have a period of time to tweak rosters from their Conference Grouping ONLY. Then, Grab Bag manager has a period of time to craft a roster from leftover players. After the Grab Bag manager is through, any managers may grab any player that has a card for a franchise in their grouping.
Players not assigned are first come, first served.
Any player on FA list during season is eligible to be picked up by Grab Bag manager. Other 11 managers can only pick up a player who has at least one card for a franchise in his Conference Grouping.

Yes, GRIFFEY JR, because SEC needed better CF, PAC10 has Mays, and Griffey Jr has a history with the Reds as well......think everyone would agree Griffey SR is pretty much irrelevant in thsi format :D
