I cant remember how we usually set divisions with these randomizations, but there it is. I cant remember if the first four numbers are in the east, or the first number is in the east, second number in central, third number in west and so on....

Someone smarter than me can figure it out.

I 'think' it is the first four numbers in the EAST, next 4 in CENTRAL, and last 4 in WEST on the randomizer way of doing it.
