I wasn't sent any proxies.

Would you think it best to:

a) draft for him as if we were GM for his team

b) skip over his team when they come up and allow him to go back

c) stop the draft until he can pick for himself.

d) get a manager from another era to draft in his place.

The goal is to complete our draft by Wednesday night. We could easily knock this thing out in a couple hours if all were accessible. I say plod along. HOWEVER, I can devote a couple hours exclusively tonight around 8:30 pm central time - same goes for tomorrow night. Wedensday night I am unavailable from 7pm to 11pm. I am available generally during the day but could not really devote my entire attention to the draft for two hours or so. Therefore, I think keep going with an eye toward devoting some exclusive time to completing the draft. We should also have a substitute owner ready to go if we aren't close by tomorrow night.

Also, insofar as 23 vs 25 players - I believe you MUST draft 25 to fill the SOM roster before choosing a league. I don't know how you could enter a league with only 23 on the roster. The game does not allow it. (So there will still be a mini-frenzy!)

The other 2 ERA's are closing in on finishing their drafts therefore I would like to get together starting asap this evening and Tuesday evening with daytime being for plodding.

I suggest around 7:30 pm Central time for everyone but unclerowser who believes he will be online at 8:30pm CT.

I have an important family errand to do and will be offline from 4:00pm CT to around 7:00pm CT. If I'm delayed any later I will make every attempt to at least get online for a short period prior to 9:00pm CT.


I HAD STATED THAT THE DRAFT WILL BE 25RDs + STAD unless WED NIGHT COMES AND WERE NOT COMPLETED. IF THIS HAPPENS WE WILL COMPLETE OUR AUTODRAFT CARD WITH 25 PLAYERS.
