like I said we will discuss during our annual winter meetings.. and vote on the issue then... trading mini draft picks has an impact of screwing up roster sizes.. for example, you now have a roster size of 39....

might not be a big deal but at least with some brief discussion and a quick vote we will decide and then move forward

While we wait...

I will do my best to create a NEW USKL2 draft on Penn's site in the next 1-3 days that we all can load our current rosters on to.

This will make things easier to track I think from both a pick standpoint and salary perspective.
