First wanna apologize for the delays I caused, I was lost in action because I was out of town and forgot my phone at home. I was online for awhile, and then had to leave, although Rd 39 was going pretty slow. Anyways got my picks and stadium in and raring to go!

Secondly I want to propose a rule, and would like feedback from the Commissioner and then a league vote: Similar to the logic in not changing the stadium, I propose a minimum 3-year moratorium on Team City and Name changes. This will make it much easier, as well as in keeping with the feel of real MLB, in order to keep track of franchise history and stats. So put some real thought into those team names!

Let me know what y'all think.

Ok with me, don't feel strongly about it either way.

Kramers, if you need help finishing inputting the draft picks on the BSKL site I could that Saturday, after I finish the first of many workouts to start losing the 10 lbs I've gained on vacation
