One thought would be to randomly assign teams for each round from 25 through 48 of the current teams and start all of them at once.

another would be to cut it off at the top 24. and the other 16 can't be used :)

I like Tom's idea...47 players should be plenty to build a team, with unused ATGIII players the only ones available in free agency - would require Scout's honor, but I have faith in our group.

Lets cut it off at 24 but all the other teams players are elgible to be used as free agents.
