The Return of Group of Four!!

Frank Bailey has informed me that he will be unable to fulfill his commitment, so I will go find us a new owner. Not sure how many spots are left to fill in the league besides mine & the open spot - but hoping/assuming it is just those 2 we should still be on track to frenzy tonight as I am quite confident in finding a replacement.

Just a couple of important reminders before the Frenzy:

1 - Use ballpark from your group

You'll need to contact TSN and change your ballpark if you didnt use a ballpark from one of your four teams.

2 - Build team from your group, using a minimum of 3 players from each team

Any team that has a player not from their group of four going INTO the frenzy will be disallowed from using that player this season.

3 - Add any available players from FA Pool Available teams - so long as you (a) keep 3 player minimum per team from your group of 4 teams and (b) do not add more than 2 players from any FA Team. That means you must have at least half ( 12 of 24/25, 13 of 26,27 & 14 of 28 ) of your team from your group of 4 teams at all times.

4 - Excess Players from your group of 4 are off-limits to other owners until Season begins (unless you trade a player to them).

i thought you cant pick up other teams players until after the season starts? somebody grabbed ross youngs and he's a giant and therefore off limits unless I havent picked him up before the season starts.

Season starts tonight - I will do my best to check all rosters to make sure they are valid, but please be sure to do your best to ensure that

(a) You're using a ballpark from one of your four group of 4 teams

(b) That at least 50% (and a minimum of 3 per team) of your roster is comprised of your original group of 4 players.

(c) That you have no more than 2 players per FA Team (ie 2 '27 Yankees, 2 '29 Cubs, etc)

(d) that you have no players belonging to another owners group of four unless acquired via trade.

Well my previous Group of 4 squad started off 4-14 enroute to a 71-91 showing, so this is a definite improvement. :)

Team has slumped as of late, only winning 3 of the past 9 games ... hopefully we will be able to turn it around asap.
