update on pitchers since just about EVERY eligible pitcher is going to be employed.

adding to the low end of the pool...all sp .89 or less are eligible...there are 14 starting with al nipper who are rated just SP.. each team can own ONLY ONE sp only priced .89 or less. you may own as many as you dare who are sp/rp.

ANY reliever, .59 or less is eligible.

those caps are overidden by any african american, or latin american pitchers, (latin under 5m) but if you own luis leal, he would count as your one and only sp only.

many of us will have 5 man, or combo * and non-* rotations.

the pool is just over 150 total pitchers, starters and relievers, so many sp/rp could be called on for regular bullpen roles.
