In looking at my roster, I see I have 8 guys who were not carded, leaving me with only 41 in the 2010 card set.

Am I correct that I can only drop 1 of those? And that I'm stuck with the remaining 40?

As I understand the rules you have the option of keeping the uncarded players, but can drop them if you want. We just can't draft uncarded players in the free agent draft.

Yes. You have the rights to 50 players- carded and uncarded. You must drop ten of those players to get down to 40.

Two questions:

1. How are the divisions determined? The rules seem to say by lotto, however as a replacement manager, I don't recall choosing a state.

2. The FA draft shows extra picks for last year's title winners, while the uncarded draft does not. Isn't that backwards?

T - #1: The rules state that lotto determines them, but I checked back to last year and it was the previous season's records that matched the order - so I just used it again. It's harder for me to keep the records when I don't know the divisional order. If we want to do a lotto for divisions that's fine - but I'll have to reorder all my sheets.

#2 - Nice catch. I mistakenly put th extra picks in the free agent draft and not the uncarded draft. So it's reversed of what it should be. The draft order for the uncarded draft is also not right - that will be determined by the results of the $200M season.

I'll fix it and the post-drop update will have it right.

Do we have to have them by lotto Terry? Just seems confusing with all the other leagues using overall records to determine divisions to have this one go the lotto route every year.

Plus I'm not eager to redo my spreadsheet either
