MRBBW, 3 opposites every 5th day are cool with me and yes, adhere to the spirit IMO but that's not the way the rule reads.

One thing that bugs me more than anything is changing rules mid-draft or "ammending" them.....but this is "Shifting Sands :P )

I'm not a lawyer (an accountant - just the opposite :lol: ) but if doctax meant to say "ANY" or "AN" Opposite rather than "THE" 2 in the rotation I think he would has specified.

Reading all the posts about this rule, I am getting dizzy. This is my planned rotation (playing in '50 Shibe)
1. LHP S* only Guidry
2. LHP S/R* Marquard
3. RHP S/R* Harder
4. LHP S* only Knepper
As far as I can tell, this rotation should comply with the rule. Am I wrong?

MY starters are

1. Mathewson RH SP*
2. Plank LH SP*
3. Hess LH SP*
4. Starter RH probably
5. Starter RH Probably

Mr's Plank and Hess MUST START LIKE THIS AT LEAST EVERY 5 STARTS as they are the opposites. The opposites must start 2 otta 5.
I will try to get Mathewson in my park as much as possible, as well as the other RH starters, but PLANK AND HESS must start 2 otta 5.

Now, once again, thats what I meant to say in the original post, and after this was not apparent 40 pages back I changed it, so, what the heck is going on :twisted: :twisted: :shock:

Also... mod mark has a correct lineup.

doc, i am in a lefty park and plan on having 1 lefty * sp and 4 non-stars. how many of those non-stars must be righties for me to comply?

lots of people seem to have time to post on rule discussions, the usual suspects remaining available as usual. now how bout SOME PICKS!!! flying from east to west all day wednesday, then working most of the day yesterday without access...I left four proxies with foggy wednesday morning HOPING that would be enough. we've needed TWO of them, ive got two left, and pick last this round. rule #13, proxy like the vet that you are.

You need to have 2 SP/SP* that must start every 5th day.

Plus, 2 other SP,SP*,SP/RP.

So, if you got 4 non stars, at least 2 must be SP only and must be righty.
Then, the other 2 can be SP or SP/RP, but they must be righty, if you do not have any other SP/RP.

Isn't the clock up on Memphis soon? And is mrbbw around or does anyone have a proxy for him? I agree with hesmeat, this should not being going at this pace with the vets we have in the league. Checked in on and off all last night with Modmark's proxy and since then waiting for my own pick....what is the problem? And do we still need a 4 hour clock?
