I definetly hate the new boards, but it's probably just the human resistance to change. probably not gonna do any good to fight it...atleast we have more gremlins to choose from, but I'm still looking for the one with ++ for eyes.

Repeating my request for clarification of the rules for this league:

AL players only. DH. We know.

What will be the beginning amount of salary remaining allowed and by what amount will it decrease?

My own preference would be a smaller rather than larger incremental changes.

As I noted on the Iron Curtain message board, if all 12 teams took the
most expensive 28 players possible, the total salary would be $830.45
million, or an average of $69.20 million per team.

$50M to start, $3M a week for 6 weeks.

After we approve that, then let's talk about the mechanism. Al had some interesting thoughts about how and when.

Wow. Don't think I'm thrilled with the LOOK of the new boards, but it does appear like it's easier to do things like [b:eeaa5141f0]bold[/b:eeaa5141f0] and [u:eeaa5141f0]underline[/u:eeaa5141f0] and all that.

I do think we can work out a better way for the Monday released salary frenzy to perhaps work a little better for teams that are doing poorly. Maybe the earlier suggestion from someone that the last place team can "claim" a player?

I like that Tom, Worst to first, you would need to post your pick or everyone would need to check the transaction board first before making their selection. SGT D

I'd actually suggest that we start at 54 mil, and add 3mil per week. Part of the strategy is being able to spend money.
