Free Radicals may have a manager for the South.
League has been created.
East should have the password.
Please post here when your in, so the Central can get a feel for when they'll be up.

It's a 100mil league with DH.
You make up a team containing the players on the teams in your area.
You have total rights to those players and your roster can be made up from players only on those teams.
No trading.
