I think I am in. Ready to get it going with the draft. I have a question. The League Constitution states that Minimum starts for starting pitchers is 10. Is there still a minimum starts requirement still in effect?

Note: A pitcher who has started more games than he relieved is defined as a Starting Pitcher (SP). All others are defined as Relief Pitchers.

So would Brandon McCarthy, who pitched mostly in relief but made two starts be eligible to start in the regular season?
