Bobby's ERA LG #2.........West Division Draft

Here's the rules for LG #2
1. Sign up for an ERA (first come basis) and use lottery states picked from LG #1
2. The draft will be serpentine (1-12, 12-1) and will be 6 rounds with last
round used to select players from undrafted teams...
3. You must select a team for each round (protected teams)
4. This will be 100M, DH advanced, 5/10/20 and waivers.
5. Waiver claims only with non selected teams in ERA
6. Must maintain a roster of your ERA for entire season
7. NO TRADES ALLOWED...
8. Live draft has 3 hr clock except the 1st round (no time limit), total of 3 hrs on corners...Clock is 9am-midnight eastern M-F...no clock on weekend
9 .Stadium must be selected from your protected teams
