3rd Round: [b:781006bb4b]60M CAP, DH, Weighted Waivers, Unique Stadiums[/b:781006bb4b] - In order of win pct. (Best to Last - So it pays to play hard and win. Stadium Choice in the Finals Round is a big deal - especially with the lower Cap.) Progressive Caphit (Like in BT 80's) 5%/10%/20%.
1 Last Rule: [b:781006bb4b]No Player may use the same Ballpark more than 1 Time[/b:781006bb4b]. Anyone in the Finals League will have had to use 3 different Ballparks.

I genuinely appreciate any assistance here. my trip back to CT and over $1000 of work on my car wiped me out and i have been working as many doubles as allowed to pull myself out of this rut.
Good Luck to everyone in their pursuit of the 2006 LOTO Championship. I bet Freak is happy after his 05' performance. Nice comeback, Freak.

id assume 1/4/7/10 division assignments
otherwise it could get messy with people delaying to enter
