Good People Tournament- RD #2....League B

Round #2....
1. 100, DH, waivers, autodraft...(there are 2 Leagues)
2. Stadiums are not unique
3. Managers who advance to Round #3 (FINAL ROUND)... The four playoff managers and the next 2 best records in the league...
4. Tie breakers for the 2 best record teams are first: head to head meeting and then if tied then the second tie breaker is run differential (Runs scored less Runs allowed), then a coin flip if we need an additional tie breaker.....
Please select a Pick 3 lottery state for division alignments. This will also give me the chance to make sure everyone is available to go to RD #2.

3. Frank Bailey
4. ggnringo

I have not set a time for the start of this next round but more than likely it could start on Monday, January 1, 2007...not before
