There will be no free agentsbut plenty of trading. The only free agents allowed will be taken from original 2 rosters
Only original home stadiums allowed
Combine any two rosters of same team, for example I will be taking the '39 and '27 NY Yankees.

In this way a Cardinals fan can be the Cards or a Red Sox fan can be the Sox, etc.

I don't think it's necessary to commit to what years you will be combining. Just make team selection and then owners can play around with a few different combos. To get an idea here's what the Yankees are gonna look like......
