we do have a three hour limit from 6am until 12am. However if a coach is over the limit, please call my cellphone so that I may have a chance to get a hold of that coach. I have cellphones for all but one coach. Simon is very available. I leave for work at 6am M-Sat, I do get online midday and mid afternoon, tomorrow I will not have access from 3pm until 11pm, taking 120 kids to a college basketball game. I'm a little uncertain as to when the 3 hour clock started. Did it start at 6 am or 9?? :? I don't want to burn somebody on a pick here.

As Coach posted, it says it starts at 0600. I would assume that it started at 6am EST. Or at least I would hope so, because if it starts at 3am for us left coasters, that's going to be trouble.

I hope this doesn't remain an issue. Getting stalled on one or two owners really drags it down. Irish is new to this league, so my vote would be to cut him a little slack for another hour or two, but with the understanding that that's not how it goes for the whole draft.

Just for the record and so we all know, what exactly is the procedure for skipping someone's pick? Do we just move on to the next guy and then the "skipee" makes his/her pick whenever he/she is back online?

Whether it started at 6 or 9 the 3 hour clock is up on irish. I checked my PM's one last time and I have no proxy for him. I'm opening meat's proxy, I will pick, and then I'll open ite's proxy and go from there. irish can pick at any time but who ever has the current pick will have priority.
Thats the standard format so we'll go with that. Coach retains the authority, as commish, to negate my decision to move on if he has a proxy for irish I don't know about. Blame me if I'm jumping the gun here guys but we gotta get this moving. :(
