13.Minnesota '65
14.Boston '67
15.Detroit '68
16. NY Mets '69
17. Baltimore '70
Rules and format:
1. 1. Each manager will select a lottery state for PIC 3s to determine league team draft
rank. Highest PIC 3 to lowest for hitting team and lowest to highest for pitching team.
The lottery rank is only within your division since divisions are preselected.
2. Each division has a serpentine draft in the order listed below. Therefore the draft is as follows:
HITTING: for each division
Round 1 --1, 2, 3, 4
Round 2 --4, 3, 2, 1
Round 3-- 1, 2, 3, 4
Round 4-- 4, 3, 2, 1
PITCHING:
Round 5-- 4, 3, 2, 1
Round 6-- 1, 2, 3, 4
Round 7-- 4, 3, 2, 1
Round 8-- 1, 2, 3, 4
No time limit for Rounds 1 and 5 only since they will be going at the same time. Time limit for rounds 2,3,4,6,7,and 8 is Monday thru Friday from 9:00am eastern - 12:00 am eastern. No clock on weekends.
3. Each division is a separate team draft. The East managers can only select teams from the team ERA (1903-1940) listed above. The Central from the team ERA (1941-1970) and the West from the team ERA (1971-1990).
4. Stadium picks are from any team you select so they are NOT unique due to the breaking up of teams between hitting and pitching area. Everyone could have a maximun of 8 ballparks to chose from this time.
5. It's 100M, no DH, and waivers......
The hitting area and pitching area not selected from each ERA are the ONLY areas you can claim waivers with. For example: let's say Houston '86 pitching and Boston '86 hitting weren't selected by the West managers then the 4 western managers can only claim waivers with the above area. Your teams (players) are protected only until the waiver wire clears then the FA players from your ERA are open to your other division teams.
6. Following the waiver period each manager will have until 10pm eastern time on that day to make changes for the 4 hitting teams and 4 pitching teams they selected. After that "grace period", then your unselected players become eligible to be selected by your division opponents.
7. Trades are allowed only within your division. At no time can a player from another ERA be on your team.
