1 - All teams can protect 7 Players worth up to $50m

2 - 6 Round FA Draft for Season I 2007 will be based on cumulatve W/L record in 2006, with overall RS/RA as tiebreaker. Season II 2007 FA Draft order will be based on W/L record of Season I, with RS/RA as tiebreaker.

3 - Multiple stadia will be allowed

Miscellaneous Rules:

1 - Draft Clock will be 3 Hours running from 10am-12midnight Eastern 7 days a week, except for Canadian & American Holidays.
1a - There will be no draft clock for Season I until otherwise stated.

2 - Division assignments will be by choice for the 1st Season (pick your own division), then majority vote will determine division alignment for the future season(s), 06 and beyond.

4 - Both 07 seasons will be DH Leagues.

5 - Salary cap will be 80m.

6 - League will be "Advanced" - earning Champion 50 Points for Manager Ratings

7 - League will use Waivers. All Live Drafted Picks should be put at the BOTTOM of your draft card with autodraft selections at the TOP.

April 22nd-May 4th - 6 Round Draft / Enter League
